What to expect during my first appointment?

Expect an in-depth consultation covering medical history, concerns and identifying your why and goal for these coming sessions. A lot of the first session is investigating and learning your body, working the targeted areas and gaining feedback for next steps!

Do I take insurance or HSA/FSA cards?

Massage is not covered by insurance, but I am currently in the process to be approved for HSA/FSA cards!

How often should I be getting massages?

As often as you'd like! As I understand finances do come into play, whatever works best for you, we will plan accordingly. We will do the work in one session to a lot for the time in-between, wether that is sending you home with tools, exercises or seeing exterior services providers!
