This is built surrounding your goals with education, exercises, homeopath remedies and possibly partnering with outside providers. This is more than massage, it's an all encompassing experience in addressing your body's needs through the mind, body, spirit connection. Services range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes and prices vary.
Remedial Massage
Going through rehabilitation or post-op? Or maybe just feeling lack of range of motion and stiffness. Remedial is for you. Curating something built for your needs and refining as we go. We implement tools, stretching and techniques that bring you back to baseline and can resume to maintenance sessions. Starting at $120
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Feeling sluggish or fatigued? Maybe your body's waste system is backed up and needs a boost! Lymphatic work is great for encouraging and helping release the body's waste. The Lymphatic system does not have a pump of its own, so sometimes it needs a little help. In this session, experiences drainage like you never have! Be taught techniques and given tools to keep it moving and stay energized! Starting at $130
TMJ Release Massage
Find yourself clenching often? Having symptoms like ringing in the ears and clicking in the jaw? Diagnosed or not, beating the punch to address these symptoms only puts you a step ahead. Within three sessions we will address all surrounding muscles, in-depth facial release and oral work where we address the Temporomandibular joint. Reassessing as we go, you will be given outside suggestions and tools to further this work to maintain relief! Starting at $130
